What payment methods can I use?

Currently, Shopify's payment gateway allows you to make purchases via credit/debit card or using Google Pay and Apple Play.

How can I apply a promotional code?

To apply a promotional code, add the products to your order, accept the terms and conditions of sale along with the privacy policy and click Pay order.
It includes all the requested information and, on the right side, there is a section where you can include the promotional code or gift card before making the payment.

Are there any conditions when using a promotional code?

Promotional codes must be applied exactly as they appear, respecting upper and lower case.

How can I find out about promotions and discounts?

To stay up to date with Onshindo news, subscribe to the newsletter and you will receive all the brand's promotions and discounts along with exclusives on new releases.

Can I make changes to the order?

Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made to it.
In case you want to make a change in the shipping address, you can write to us via chat or email to customer_care@onshindosaka.com with the correct address so we can make the changes.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has been confirmed but not yet shipped, you can write to us via chat or send an email to customer_care@onshindosaka.com so our customer service team can assist you.
In the event that the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Do you offer free samples?

We are currently including samples of Onshindo products with all orders.

You can see the ingredients on the product page and we recommend that you consult with your specialist so that they can confirm their use in your specific case.

How can I check the ingredients of a product?

You can check the ingredients of all our products on the website by clicking on them or by writing via chat with the name of the product you are interested in knowing its ingredients.

Have the products been tested?

Where are the products manufactured?

Onshindo products combine the best of Japanese flora with the latest developments in biotechnology and are manufactured in Japan due to the proximity to the ingredients.

What do I do if I have had a reaction to one of the products?

First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
All of our products have undergone clinical testing to confirm their safe use on the intended skin type. If you notice any adverse effects after using one of Onshindo's products, we recommend that you stop using it.
